Dutra-Cerro-Graden Adds Three New Team Members

Dutra-Cerro-Graden (DCG) is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members, Paula Buzatu, Maria Kubitz and Jamil Muchell. Company founders, Dominic Dutra, Alan Cerro, and Landis Graden, have plans of additional team expansion in 2011 to meet the growing needs of clients.

In her dual role of Marketing & Design Coordinator and Real Estate Agent, Buzatu brings to DCG over 10 years marketing and design experience and a passion for real estate. As someone who has bought and sold multiple homes and investment properties, Paula has a special understanding of the challenges and stress her clients potentially face.

Kubitz was hired to lead DCG’s Corporate Marketing and Communication program. With over 12 years of corporate communication experience, she is responsible for spreading the word about Dutra-Cerro-Graden’s unique services that help mission-based entities best utilize their real properties to further their organizational goals.

Licensed in real estate since 2006, Muchell has developed a wide repertoire of skills that help him achieve success for his clients. Currently working towards his MBA at Holy Names University in Oakland, he is putting his leadership and entrepreneurial skills to work in the Commercial Real Estate market.

DCG works with non-profit organizations, school and college districts, private and public foundations, municipalities, religious institutions and private landowners throughout the Bay Area. DCG supports an array of different real property interests such as traditional office and retail buildings, as well as more complex facilities like churches, cultural and non-profit buildings.
