DCG Strategies CEO, Landis Graden, is set to speak at the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California’s 39th Annual Affordable Housing Conference Friday, September 21st, 2018. The event will last all day, and is currently sold out. The theme of this year’s conference will be #BuildingMomentum.
DCG will present our expertise on collaborating with congregations to create housing. In an era of extreme housing scarcity, escalating construction costs, heightened interest in more dense multi-use buildings, and an evolving funding and regulatory environment, collaborating with faith communities to create affordable housing is a model many communities want to use. DCG will share innovative approaches as well as time-tested best practices for succeeding and avoiding common pitfalls.
The vision of NPH is to create a future where everyone has a place to call home, and where low-income communities stay and prosper in the Bay Area. The Association consists of 750 affordable housing developers, advocates, community leaders, and local businesses who are all working to obtain proper resources provide public education on housing needs, and establish good public policy. The Affordable Housing Conference focuses on enabling and educating partners and community members on how to improve living circumstances all across Northern California.
