About Rev. Mary Allman-Boyle

Rev. Mary Allman-Boyle, Vice President of Faith-Based Services, joined DCG in 2016 to further develop its growing portfolio of West Coast advisory services for churches, seminaries and other faith-based clients.  

Mary offers DCG and its clients a unique blend of business, real estate and faith-based experience. For the past two years of her ten year appointment, Mary has served as Executive Pastor at First Church of San Diego, the largest United Methodist Church in the California-Pacific Conference. She began her career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development encouraging private sector investment into distressed cities. She later served as an executive of two international commercial development companies, had her own consulting business and then went to seminary and became an ordained pastor. She has a passion for discernment and advising community organizations how to fulfill their mission and vision. 

Mary enjoys golf, ping pong, movies, and time with her husband, family and friends. Laughter, good stories and time in nature are essential to her whole healthy living. She loves to sing and worship in various settings and lead small groups to grow in faith together. 

Mary is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She later attended Fuller Theological Seminary where she earned a Master of Arts. She earned her California Department of Real Estate License in 1991.
