About Nancy Pinkston

Nancy Pinkston joined DCG in 2018 and is a Director of Real Estate Development. In her role, Nancy works closely on large-scale development projects and is well connected in the real estate development fields.

Nancy began her career honing her skills in development, asset management, and financial feasibility. She worked as an appraiser and analyst for leading affordable housing consultant, Novogradac & Company, working on projects primarily in the California, Texas, and Midwest markets. She sequentially worked for Jones Lang LaSalle providing analysis and due diligence skills on multifamily and shopping center developments in the Midwest region that utilized various tax credit and bond programs for financing. Additionally, she worked in development for publicly traded AMC Theaters, where she underwrote approximately $90 million in capital expenditures for the company.

Prior to joining DCG and relocating to the Bay Area, Nancy worked for a private family trust as a Director of Real Estate Development where she successfully secured and advanced hospitality and retail development opportunities, on behalf of the trust.

Nancy is very involved within her community and is passionate about giving back. She previously served as a Board Member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and frequently volunteers with her church, as well as the United Way.

Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri.
